From 800 Conversions Down to 600
My client went from 800 monthly conversions to 600 and that was a GOOD thing.
Here’s why: This business is an on-location service with 3 different locations. Two of these are located in a major city while the third is in a town with less than five thousand people. Running campaigns to each store was the original strategy, and it made sense when starting out.
But as his brand grew, the third store campaign started seeing diminishing returns. Conversion costs were double what they were in the city, with virtually no competition. So we cut the third store's campaign off completely and restructured the remaining 2 without increasing our daily budget.
The result? We saw an increase in Return on Ad Spend from 0.38xROAS to 5xROAS in the first month. We were on the right track, so we added new campaigns and creatives, and WITHOUT exceeding the original ad spend have hit 17-20x days since then. Now we are Increasing Brand Awareness on top of Acquiring new customers.
