This client approached me with the goal of transitioning to a service provider with reporting and detailed analytics. His current agency wasn’t doing any of that, and hadn’t touched his account since they set it in motion. This, coupled with the lack of conversion tracking, led his account to averaging a 38% Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) when I took over.

After my analysis of his account we discovered nearly 50% of his budget was going down the drain in a campaign that was converting at more than twice the cost of the other ones. We put the brakes on and turned our attention to optimizing the remaining campaigns by adding new creative assets, refreshing our keyword strategy and properly tracking our conversions.

After the warm up period we hit our first 6xROAS day within a week. 2 months in and we achieved a 17x day. Since we took over we’ve provided weekly reporting, campaign optimization and have launched new campaigns to reinforce the ones currently in place.
